Radiant Credit Union Lake City

Scorpio was proud to assist SunState Federal Credit Union with their rebrand to Radiant Credit Union following a conversion from a federal to state charter in 2021. Since that time Scorpio has successfully completed five design build projects with Radiant Credit Union, ranging from New Construction to Renovations, and completed its sixth project in April 2024.

Scorpio has once again partnered with Radiant Credit Union for a sixth project in North Central Florida. Our design build team has recently completed a Walker Architects-designed new facility located on SR 90 to best serve the community of Lake City and the surrounding areas. This new store location required the demolition of an existing restaurant and full site development necessary to prepare for the new build, drainage basins, parking, and drive-thru.

This Lake City facility is the first new ground up construction project Radiant Credit Union has done since their re-branding.
