Florida State University Alpha Chi Omega Sorority House

Scorpio is proud to partner with Alpha Chi Omega at Florida State University on the construction of a new, state-of-the-art sorority house. The project involves the ground-up renovation of a 20,000-square-foot, two-story facility that will serve as a modern home for the chapter for years to come.

Designed with both function and tradition in mind, the building will feature a durable steel frame, a combination shingle and TPO roofing system, and a classic brick façade that complements the surrounding campus architecture. Inside, the house will showcase high-end finishes including custom wood trim, built-in casework, and aluminum-clad wood doors and windows—blending quality craftsmanship with a welcoming, residential feel.
