University of Florida Honors Village Buildouts

Scorpio transformed three interior spaces at the University of Florida’s Honors Village, creating environments that support learning, collaboration, and community. Each building blends functional design with premium finishes, from terrazzo and luxury vinyl tile to acoustical panels, wood ceilings, and custom millwork. High ceilings and thoughtfully designed lighting enhance openness and comfort throughout the spaces.

Building 1 provides learning commons, group study areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms. Building 4 features offices, a student hub, conference spaces, and meeting rooms. Building 5 includes a great hall, lounges, collaboration areas, study rooms, and housing offices—each space designed to foster interaction, productivity, and a sense of community for students.
