Alpha Delta Pi Sorority House – New Chapter Room Expansion

Two years after completing their brand-new house in time for Fall 2020 Recruitment, Alpha Delta Pi at UF has returned to partner with Scorpio to expand with a New Chapter Room. This major addition to the ADPi sorority house began construction in May 2022 and will be completed by October 2023. The expansion will add a 2,300 square foot Chapter Room to accommodate its growing membership. Completing a large portion of this expansion over the summer will keep those who live in the house from having to move out and will minimize the number of disruptions. The expansion will include demolition of the existing second-story rooftop courtyard and tying in existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The New Chapter Room is designed by the original architect, Walker Architects, and will seamlessly incorporate all existing finishes.
