City of Wildwood Municipal Services Complex

This project includes the construction of a new Municipal Services Complex located on approximately 10.7 acres at the Southeast corner of South Warfield Ave and Barwick St in the City of Wildwood.

The overall scope consists of extensive renovations to three existing buildings formerly used as elementary school classrooms and a cafetorium. The renovation of the three buildings includes approximately 15,000 square feet of interior space. Once completed, the renovated buildings will house the City’s Utility Department and associated storage needs.  The project also includes the construction of a new 6,250 square foot Fleet Maintenance Building with four service bays and office space.  Other site improvements include the construction of secured parking areas, drives, new landscaping, stormwater improvements, site signage, and on-site generators.
