Sharp Spring Second Floor Renovation

Scorpio managed the renovation and build-out of SharpSpring’s second floor offices in the 5001 Building at Celebration Pointe.

SharpSpring a publicly traded internet sales and marketing firm based out of Gainesville, FL. This significant build-out on the second floor of the 5001 Building will be primarily used for offices and an open, collaborative work environment, including a call-center. This adds to their already existing space on the third and fourth floors. There are many high-end finishes and architectural millwork and casework. The interior design is modern with interior storefront and virtually no ceilings where most of the MEP FP is exposed and painted white.
