Optym Corporate Office Renovation Phase I & II

Scorpio completed a total of 30,000 square feet of exterior renovation and interior office build out for Optym. This project maximized cutting edge, innovative office environments that include an auditorium, large conference spaces, individual offices and smaller private break out rooms all appointed with high-end finishes. Optym required high levels of security and privacy equipping the building with card reader security access, sound deadening technology, and direct data cabling to server interface. The project offered visual transparency for natural daylighting throughout the space while maintaining energy efficient mechanical systems and lighting.
