Lake Tech Lincoln Park Workforce Education Center

The Lake Technical College at Lincoln Park project involves the redevelopment of the former Clermont Elementary School campus, located at 680 E. Highland Avenue in Clermont, Florida.

The scope of work includes the renovation of 13,868 square feet within existing permanent structures. The facility is being adapted to accommodate classrooms, skills and science laboratories, computer labs, and support spaces necessary for postsecondary technical training programs. These improvements are aimed at preparing students for careers in mechanical and technical fields.Enhancements include a new entry canopy featuring metal banding elements that contribute to a modern exterior aesthetic. The building façade will also receive a Texcote coating application, contributing to both durability and updated appearance. The renovated facility will support Lake College’s mission to expand career and technical education opportunities in the region.
