Catalyst for Change
The Catalyst Park Medical Suite Renovation was the first project in a revitalization of an existing office park dating back decades in Gainesville. The renovation involved a complete demolition and re-build of the interior of the building, including a complete structural rehabilitation. The project faced challenges in incorporating the existing building exteriors and low ceiling heights with modern medical office suite systems and finishes. Additionally, the project revitalized the exteriors of the building, adding new storefront windows and tile accents, a new roof and site improvements.
