Santa Fe High School Auditorium Renovations

Replacement of HVAC system in the auditorium; the addition of new air conditioning in the lobby; new finishes and ventilation in the restrooms; replace roofing membrane on the auditorium and the lobby, including addition of insulation; new smoke venting at the stage, including remediation of existing structural components; provide a new ramp access to the stage; new handrails at existing stairs to the stage; new exterior ramp at egress on the north side of the auditorium; painting and finishes in the auditorium and lobby; provide new acoustic treatment on the walls in the auditorium.
