Jason Diven
Jason Diven has joined Scorpio as Project Manager with 13 years of experience. Jason graduated with a BA from the University of Florida and then completed the Construction Project Manager’s Program at Florida Atlantic University. He started his career as an Estimator/Assistant Project Manager in South Florida and moved into the role of Project Manager. Jason has delivered numerous multi-million-dollar retail, high-end residential, schools and parking structures.
Michael Davis
Michael Davis is our newest Superintendent. Michael spent the last 9 years running his own construction company based in Brooker, FL. Prior to founding MSD Construction and Contracting, Inc. he worked as a superintendent learning the field and establishing relationships with the local subcontractor community. We are happy to have Michael’s energy and experience delivering diversified projects for the company.
Tracy Koller
Tracy Koller is a Senior Project Manager with 27 years of experience. Tracy has worked in the roles of Superintendent, Estimator and Project Manager. He has assisted in delivering numerous projects over the years including a number of large facilities for FSU, and most recently a $47.5M Administrative Complex for a petrochemical company in Trinidad where he has worked for the last 8 years.
Jack MacDonald
Jack McDonald joins Scorpio as a Project Manager. Jack has been active in the industry for 10 years. He is a Gainesville native and a graduate of Santa Fe College and the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management. He started his career in carpentry, gaining experience on the residential side. For the past three years, Jack has worked both in the field and in the office in commercial construction. His primary focus as a Project Manager has been with Annual CM Services at the University of Florida and UF Health. Jack will continue his work with UF projects as a member of Team Scorpio.
Alex Hollingsworth
Alex Hollingsworth is filling the role of Talent Manager/Administrator. For the past nine years, Alex has served as the Human Resources Manager for The Orthopaedic Institute in Gainesville. In this role, she handled talent management, employee relations, new employee orientation, OSHA compliance, and benefits administration while helping drive TOI toward their mission and accelerating their ability to grow. We are thrilled to have her on board at Scorpio.
