Daytona State College Palm Coast Ampitheater

Scorpio supported Daytona State College in modernizing its signature outdoor performance venue. The project entailed a comprehensive upgrade of the amphitheater, beginning with the north and southward extension of the existing roof structure and a reshaped, expanded ground‑level seating bowl that enhanced comfort and sightlines. Energy‑efficient LED fixtures replaced all lighting in the shade structure, and the stage was outfitted with professional theatrical luminaires and an upgraded audiovisual infrastructure that accommodated a broad range of events.

Site improvements included construction of a dedicated service road to the stage, an upgraded pedestrian walkway linking the amphitheater to the main campus, and a new vehicular access route. A continuous line of pole lighting illuminated the full 600‑foot length of the new walkway and drive, ensuring safe and convenient passage for students, faculty, and guests.
