Start-Up Space
The renovation of the Smith Building involved an extensive rehabilitation of the exterior of the building, as well as the creation of three new tenant spaces from existing warehouse space. In addition to adding stucco, new soffits, and painting the existing building, we added feature elements in new aqueduct structures, seating and lighting that highlight the new architecture.
