RIVEROAK Technical College Expansion

This project will expand and renovate the existing River Tech Nursing College building located in Live Oak, FL. This campus is occupied year-round and very little swing space is available to facilitate 8,518 sf of new CMU construction along with 4,274 of renovated space. 

The new building pad will correct previous site elevation issues along with unsuitable soils mitigation. New stormwater structures and piping will also be added and are expected to tie-in to existing area drain structures and retention basin. An existing modular building on site will be demoed. New structural elements and exterior finished will be similar to the existing and provide a seamless new building look that does not appear to be an addition. The existing mechanical systems and controls will also be replaced.
