The Marion County Public Schools Continuing Construction Management Services Contract gives us the opportunity to provide preconstruction services, bidding, construction of proposed buildings, renovations, and remodeling of existing buildings and structures. We perform construction management of projects from pre-design through close-out and any additional or associated work on-site as necessary for various projects with values of no more than $4 million each.
