Scorpio is a devoted and seasoned team of construction management professionals looking for a Senior Administrative & Events Manager to join our team.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Admin, Talent, and Finance (ATF) Team Lead to ensure alignment, execution, and accountability of administrative functions in accordance with organizational strategies, processes, and systems.
  • Lead, manage and invest in the responsibilities and growth of the administrative team.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations with the admin team for office administration, event management, and onboarding activity.
  • Maintain, evaluate, innovate and improve processes and systems to drive administrative excellence.

Direct Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the processing of confidential information and documentation during the onboarding process.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting audits.
  • Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, changes and team member inquiries.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure confidentiality in all tasks.

Qualifications

  • 5  years of administrative experience in a corporate office setting
  • Experience leading and motivating a team
  • Proactive problem-solving and the ability to take initiative
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred)
