NOW HIRING – CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT INTERN (OFFICE) – JACKSONVILLE, FL

We are searching for a results-driven Construction Management Intern to join our Project Management team.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare and transmit bid packages and invitations to bid. Receives and analyzes received bids
- Work with the project team to prepare and update progress schedules including short-term interval schedules
- Interact with clients including correspondence, periodic reports, change order requests, submittal of pay requisitions, and response to client inquiries and directives
- Check, approve and transmit submittals; maintain submittal control log; prepare and manage requests for information and maintains RFI log
- Create subcontracts and request signatures
- Assist in preparation of project close-out requirements including unit cost history, operations and maintenance manuals, punch-list management, and agency inspections
- Attend OAC, trade partner and team meetings; take meeting minutes as needed
- Maintain change order and commitment log
