Project Manager

The focus of the Project Manager is to lead, direct, and coordinate the day-to-day management of the project.
What You Will Do:
- Create & maintain the Scorpio client experience from preconstruction through warranty
- Be the primary point of contact between the owner and Scorpio
- Update and project job costs
- Conduct Owner/Architect/Engineer Meetings
- Process change events & associated change orders
- Review and approve subcontractor pay apps & field invoices
- Assist superintendent with site logistics & management
What You Will Bring to Scorpio:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field strongly preferred
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Expertise in construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering practices
- Must have strong presentation skills
