This renovation and expansion project more than doubled the size of the current Santa Fe College Police Department building, from 1,512 sf to 3,276 sf. As the primary command center for the college, the project was phased to allow for continued use of the existing facility. Phase I built a new 1,764 sf addition, which included hardened and bullet resistant components. Phase II is a full finish, mechanical, and electrical upgrade of the existing building. The finished product exceeded IACLEA Accreditation Standards.
