HCA Florida- North Florida Hospital New CT Replacement and Suite Renovation

HCA Florida- North Florida Hospital enlisted Scorpio to complete a replacement of an existing 2.5-ton computerized tomography scanner (CT Scan). The new state-of-the-art machine provides increased images per revolution over the previous one. The new CT delivers a higher level of information to physicians and is much more patient-friendly. It also reduces radiation exposure, as well as the time needed to get better images.

Along with the installation, this project included the renovation of patient recovery space; patient comfort improvements; workflow upgrades; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning improvements; electrical renovation; code improvements; and built-in chambers for medical gas.
