Scorpio completed an interior demolition and build-out for one of the fastest-growing value retailers on the planet, Five Below. Five Below offers high-quality products loved by tweens, teens showcasing the newest, coolest stuff across 8 awesome Five Below worlds: Tech, Create, Play, Candy, Room, Style, Party, New & Now. Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Five Below today has 950+ stores in 38 states.

The transformed space located in the Gainesville Plaza Shopping Mall included demolition, new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical.  New doors, hardware, casework, and shelving were also installed, along with sealed concrete floors, and a new ceiling and lighting.
