Scorpio was recently named one of Florida’s Best Companies to Work For for the third consecutive year. Florida Trend’s annual Best Companies to Work For in Florida list featured in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine ranks 100 companies in small, midsized, and large employer categories. 2024 is the first year Scorpio qualified for the midsized category, ranking #6 on the list.
The Best Companies to Work For in Florida is an honorable program that recognizes employers around the state who are committed to creating a respectful and fun company culture. Companies that participate must undergo an evaluation of their workplace policies, philosophy, systems and demographics. Scorpio team members were also required to complete an anonymous employee satisfaction survey. The combined scores determine the top companies to make the list.
