We are searching for a results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our team.
What You Will Do:
- Create & maintain the Scorpio client experience from preconstruction through warranty
- Be the primary point of contact between the owner and Scorpio
- Develop and maintain the construction project schedule
- Update and project job costs
- Conduct Owner/Architect/Engineer Meetings
- Process change events & associated change orders
- Review and approve subcontractor pay apps & field invoices
- Assist superintendent with site logistics & management
- Participate in site safety
- Review project quality
What You Will Bring to Scorpio:
- 10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably within our core project types
- Successfully started and finished project of $20M and above
- Expertise in construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering practices
- Strong presentation skills
