Assistant Superintendent

What You Will Do:
- Oversee, strategize, coordinate, and manage resources and logistics for commercial construction projects.
- Ensure adherence to company safety policies and OSHA job-site requirements.
- Guide subcontractors through construction projects, ensuring goals for project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and exceptional client experience are achieved.
- Coordinate inspections required by permits and applicable authorities.
- Prepare, daily and weekly project records, and reports.
- Conduct weekly subcontractor safety meetings.
- Participate in weekly scheduling and coordination meetings.
What You Will Bring to Scorpio:
- Passion for construction
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least one year of experience as a Craft Foreman.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Commercial Construction is preferred
