We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager / Recruiter that has the abilities, skills, and knowledge to successfully enroll the commitment and buy-in of others and positively impact individuals and teams in achieving results.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives.
- Partner with Team Leaders to identify job requirements, source candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing techniques such as networking, referrals, and online research.
- Create and manage job postings on various platforms, including our company website and job boards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Manage team member onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Develop and execute retention strategies that enhance team members’ engagement and reduce turnover.
- Track performance reviews and feedback to team members to support their development and growth.
- Develop and maintain talent databases, including team member information, skills and performance data.
- Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other team member perks.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and management.
- Strong knowledge of current HR practices, including employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top talent through a variety of channels.
