We are currently seeking an accounting professional who loves what they do and continuously seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with Project Managers and Financial Management Team on accounting related matters from Project Start Up to Project Close Out.
  • Process accounts payable, create owner billings, and manage accounts receivable.
  • Review and communicate job cost and WIP reports.
  • Assist in project and tax related audits.
  • Administer, document and report financial information in an organized, detailed, and accurate manner.

What You Will Bring to Scorpio:

  • 2-year degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field; 4-year degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of prior accounting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Working knowledge of accounting specific software, such as Sage, QuickBooks or NetSuite.
  • Basic understanding of generally accepted accounting principals.
